v1.5 · May 2026

New visuals, rebuilt audio analysis, a reloaded FX rack, MIDI mapping with APC40 mkII feedback, and 8K custom output — ready for your next set.

New Visuals

  • Expanded shader catalog with new GPU compute kernels across the mainstage rotation.
  • Smoother parameter response across rate-driven shaders — speed, rotation, twist, and scroll now accumulate on the CPU for stable motion at any tempo.
  • Slider ranges and defaults retuned across the catalog so every knob lands in a usable visual range from the start.

Rebuilt Audio Analysis

  • Hardened audio modulation system with advanced parameter classification — bass, mid, and treble routing is more predictable per shader.
  • Multi-band reactivity tuned to track real club mixes instead of spiking on transients.
  • Per-parameter modulation depth, smoothing, and band selection all expose cleanly through the UI.

Reloaded FX Rack

  • Effects panel rebuilt from the ground up — every slot is wired through a single forensic audit pass.
  • 23 post-processing effects in the chain, each with predictable defaults and clear interaction order.
  • Stack effects without parameter collisions or hidden state bleed between scenes.

MIDI Mapping & APC40 mkII Feedback

  • MIDI Learn for any parameter, with persistent bindings stored per preset.
  • APC40 mkII LED feedback — pad colors and ring values reflect live app state on the controller.
  • Breathing animation on unassigned controller LEDs so the surface stays alive between mapped controls.

8K Custom Output

  • Custom output resolutions up to 8K via MetalFX spatial upscaling.
  • Syphon output rewired with a corrected HDR colorspace path for VDMX, MadMapper, and Resolume.
  • UI rendering fixes for resolution scaling and text overlays at large output sizes.

Performance & Stability

  • Reclaimed 126 MB of VRAM through render target consolidation.
  • HDR output colorspace corrected end-to-end on the post-processing surface.
  • Forge graph runtime parity — graph-authored shaders now match the runtime contract used by hand-authored ones.
